Our goal is to make the most of our lives and help everyone around us do the same. We firmly believe that we are meant to live our lives in fullness of health, that is, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This means living free of pain, free of disease, free of lethargy. The human body has no build- in program for sickness, but it has many programs to maintain a state of perfect equilibrium or balance and if balance is lost, to return to it. It is the nature of the human being to be healthy, but it is up to us to set the preconditions for these programs to work efficiently. Healing is absent when happiness is absent.

Once free of disease, why stop there? We believe that there are infinite layers of health above and beyond the disease free level. Here biological age, not chronological age, becomes relevant. Imagine being 60 years old chronologically, but biologically having the heart, lungs, and liver of a 25 years old. With a natural approach to health, everything is possible.

With a background in science and humanities, we made the decision to connect our previous education with naturopathy and homeopathy. Alma has a BS in Physics and a Master's of Science in Industrial Engineering. Andis has a BS in Civil Engineering and Architecture and a Master's of Divinity in Theology and a Master's of Sacred Theology. Now, we are both  Certified Homeopaths from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine. We moved our office from Boston, MA to Tirana, Albania.
